What are pro minutes?
Pro minutes use cloud-enhanced transcription (also known as cloud transcription) to provide faster and more accurate captioning.
It also allows for speaker identification by differentiating between different speakers in the same conversation, so you can see who is talking on the app or in front of your eyes using a pair of XRAI AR Ones (sold separately).
Is WiFi required for connection?
You’ll need a WiFi connection to take advantage of your pro minutes and access our cloud-enhanced subtitling engines.
Is my subscription able to be used on other devices?
Yes.
Your subscription can be used across multiple supported platforms, including iOS and Android devices.
What happens if I don't use all of my minutes?
Your subscription will renew automatically one month after you first subscribe.
Premium Plan: Unused pro minutes won’t carry over to the next month.
Ultimate Plan: Unused pro minutes will carry over, so you can use them in the future.
For example, if you’ve had an Ultimate subscription for 6 months and used only 1,000 pro minutes, you’ll still have 9,800 pro minutes to use in the future.
