Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any Changes/Cancellations within 12 hours of ordering.

All requests after this time could be denied.

Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and AMEX.

When Will My Order Be Processed?

Most of the orders are Handled, Packed and Shipped from our warehouse.

We usually process orders within 24 hours however, During holiday seasons please allow extra time for your order to be processed.

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Due to high demand, some orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive to most European countries.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

All refunds are given once the item has been returned to us.

If the item was reported to be damaged/faulty our Matinance Team will test the item for these issues.

Once fully approved (This could take 2-4 Business Days), you will recieve an email detaling a refund request on your order.

Once accepted, your refund will be eleigable and this will be credited to your original form of payment (This could take 7-10 Business Days).

Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
